Descriptions:
- Assist project team in the preparation of project-specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessments by the BCA, ensuring compliance with specific contract requirements.
- Visit project sites to arrange and conduct QA/QC inspections primarily on structural and architectural works.
- Prepare for CONQUAS and Quality Management assessments and monitor their status throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that workmanship, procedures, and method statements comply with specified standards.
- Prepare and maintain all QA/QC-related documentation.
- Ensure that QA/QC plans are fully implemented and organized across all project phases.
- Monitor and inspect steel structures and Structural Reinforced Concrete (SRC) at fabrication yards in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Compile reports and share the results of factory inspections with project teams.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or an equivalent field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and quality control.
- Familiarity with construction sequences and method statements for various trades, with the ability to read and understand detailed drawings.
- Knowledge and experience with CONQUAS and Quality Management (QM) assessments are essential.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 clauses, along with the ability to implement and audit procedures, is an added advantage.
