We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount for Contract - Policy Operations/Insurance Admin:
- Issuance of new business, renewal and endorsement documents
- Maintain service standards by ensuring the accuracy of policy documentation
- Manage policy documentation and related administrative duties
- Assist to answer email and phone enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support in system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing project
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma qualification & above
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Insurance/Financial Services sector
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel (Intermediate – Advanced level)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
