Job Responsibilities
· Monitor and ensure outlets’ smooth operations.
· Deliver on all Operational goals, focuses and KPIs
· Ensure the communication and implementation of all initiatives to the retail team
· To maintain and improve the overall performance of the outlets on a regular basis including cost analysis and monitoring of processes
· To monitor & conduct business analysis and maximise profitability of every store.
· Implement and maintain effective operational policies, SOPs, internal controls, practices and strategies
· To work along with the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotion plans
· Manage and supervise the staff to ensure maximum utilization of the manpower allocated
· Submit and present monthly operations sales, accountability and action plan report
· Compile and update incident reports, including any actions taken in response to consumer feedback and retail incidents monthly
· Hold Bi-weekly meeting with Area Manager
· Appraise staff performance with Area Manager
· To provide guidance, coaching and mentoring staff
· Cover Outlet Supervisor/ Manager's off day if required
· To perform any other ad-hoc work duties as and when required by Management
Requirements
· At least 3 years of relevant experience in F&B operations
· A team player, meticulous, organised and service-oriented
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS software & etc)
· Able to support on Weekends and Public Holidays
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
