Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve project, implementation, and production issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective measures.
- Perform system testing for reported issues, enhancements, and regression.
- Propose and drive system enhancements to improve processes.
- Develop user stories and requirements documentation.
- Maintain user guides and online trading information.
- Provide user training for enhancements and project rollouts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Science, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in finance or related industries.
- Familiarity with internet trading technologies and trends.
- Experience in business analysis, user requirements development, and user testing.
- Strong knowledge of equities trading and customer-focused process design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken, read, and written) will be an advantage for collaborations with chinese counterparts.
