Handle design development, contract administration, authority submissions, pre-consultations, site
meetings and project meetings
· Good understanding of the project requirements & schedule
· Monitor the progress of the project to ensure that the targeted completion dates are met
· Ensure that the submissions are in compliance with all the requirement of authorities
· Able to understand BIM concepts and apply it on project
· Work closely with the project team in the co-ordination, organisation & preparation of documentations
and drawings
Requirements:
· Possess at least Degree in Architecture or its equivalent
· Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
· Proficiency in drafting software such as Revit, AutoCad, SketchUp
· Familiar with local standards, project implementations & building codes
· Registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore preferred
· Positive working attitude with good time management
