Requirements:
- Good knowledge in ACMV Drawing on AutoCAD
- At least two years relevant working experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist project head to co-ordinate & carry out all works assigned
- Managing and follow up on projects, attending project meetings and discussions
- Attend Site Meetings if it's required, schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation, eg. Prepare specification data sheet, Quotation, drawings, plotting, and other drafting works etc.
- Prepare and follow up on any sales quotations, sample submission, mock up, the delivery of products and installation works made for clients, attending site meeting if its required, follow up on payment receiving till the project closed. Respond to daily sales inquiries.
- Liaise/coordinating with the internal department staffs, Liaise with our client: architects, designers, consultants, contractors and the clients.
- Monitor, follow up and produce reports on progress of projects.
- Servicing arrangement and coordination is needed
- Co-ordinate respective parties/works to ensure proper work flow
- Checking and monitoring of work and site progress according to schedules
