JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prospect and promote jewellery products and services to walk-in as well as our online platforms’ customers
· Provide client service support for retail network and E-commerce
· Process E-commerce orders from beginning to end
· Engage with customers on TikTok by responding to comments and inquiries.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat (FB Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Emails) and inbound calls.
· Manage knowledge of company products, services, and general inquiries
· Attend to customers’ queries in-store and online stores
· Ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
· Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets.
· Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well-presented
· Assist in scheduling customers’ jewelry repairs
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Ability to handle complaints/feedback competently
· Inventory management - support merchandise transfer, stock take, inventory counts
· Conduct daily stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
· Work in a team to develop marketing strategies to bring more revenue to the store and the digital sales
· Possess the skills to use Capcut for video editing and posting on social media platforms
· Assist in content creation, including brainstorming ideas, planning shoots, and providing creative input.
· Stay up-to-date with platform updates and algorithm changes, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize reach and engagement.
· Conceptualize and set the best campaign merchandise plan for online campaigns
· Work together with operations to ensure a smooth fulfilment process
· Provide after-sales service by following up with customers, soliciting feedback, and offering promotional codes.
· Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every client.
· Generate revenue increase by offering sound recommendations and suggestions
· Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· 1-2 years of customer service experience
· Candidate with retail or jewelry experience is an added advantage
· Good spoken English, Mandarin, Bahasa, and another language to speak to clients from multilingual environment
· Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
· Dynamic, energetic, positive, and driven to exceed targets
· Strong focus on self-improvement and performance
· Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
· Commercial awareness and sales drive – to sell more products through our multiple online platforms
· Preferably previous e-commerce experience, although not required. A strong learning attitude and a self-motivated drive to excel is important
· General interest in working on different platforms, and a good knowledge of Excel
· Candidates must be willing to work on Weekends and Public holidays
