Purchasing Officer

Spanners International Pte Ltd

Job descriptions: -

  1. Issue of Purchase orders and Purchase requisitions
  2. Source for potential suppliers
  3. Compare and evaluate suppliers’ quotations
  4. Negotiation of pricing, credit terms and supplier quotations and delivery schedule
  5. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  6. Enter order details into internal databases
  7. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  8. Coordinate with store staff to ensure stock level and proper storage
  9. Perform other purchasing duties as assigned

Requirements and skills: -

· Minimum O Level

· At least 1 year work experience as a Purchasing Officer

· Good communication and negotiation skills
