Responsibilities
· Furnish quotes, address inquiries & issues
· Renewal review, negotiation & follow up for business retention
· Develop new clientele and service existing portfolio
· Enhance operational workflow & processes
· Achieve monthly sales target
Requirements
· At least one year of working experience, preferably in motor insurance
· Customer-centric team player with strong interpersonal & communication skills
· Minimum professional qualification of a CGI
· Coordinate with insurer companies
· Fresh graduates & Diploma holders are welcome
