Big single private school canteen looking for an experienced Food and Beverage manager.
Predominantly Indian Food served, so applicant has to be familiar with Indian cuisine and dishes. Experience of at least 3 years.
Applicant has to be able to manage staff in kitchen and service area, plan schedules of staff rosters, assist with the inventory check and top up and stock up.
Also has the ability to plan meal schedules for students and manage customers expectations.
Applicant has to have an overall pleasant disposition, patient and hardworking individual preferred.
