Job Descriptions:
- Prepare full set of accounts (i.e., account schedules, bank reconciliations, loan schedules, etc.) on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and file GST returns.
- Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditor during annual audit.
- Knowledge of corporate tax (i.e., able to handle simple tax computation).
- Provide other supporting functions to the Division.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Account or Degree in Accounting with at least 2 years of relevant experience, including keeping full sets of accounts.
- Work experience in a CPA firm would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software (e.g., MYOB/QuickBooks).
- Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
