Responsibilities
- Assisted in managing the existing portfolio and following up on new leads to secure new business.
- Confident in carrying out presentations to clients
- Monitor credit control of own portfolio
- Attend to general inquiries concerning insurance products
- Check the completeness of data forms submitted by policyholders to ensure the necessary information is provided
- Undertake projects or duties as assigned by management
- Prepare correspondence to clients.
- Handle general administrative and operational duties such as billing.
- Perform policy processing duties for new business & renewal policies, endorsements, etc.
- Following up with existing clients for policy renewals.
- Support and administration of individual and corporate accounts
- Filing of the insurance paperwork
Requirements
- Min. of 3 years of experience in the General Insurance industry
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office software
- Candidates with CGI certificates will be advantageous
- Possess good communication and customer service skills
