Job Responsibilities:
· Contribute to the development of business cases and project scope for process improvement initiatives.
· Document process flows, analyse them, and identify any gaps.
· Assist in recommending improvements for the future state.
· Help review user stories and functional specifications to ensure that requirements are accurately captured and complete.
· Identify business scenarios and review UAT test plans and results.
· Prepare and manage all project documentation, both incoming and outgoing.
· Identify project risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
· Support post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and recommend corrective actions.
· Track and monitor action items to ensure the project remains on schedule.
· Assist in change management activities, such as developing communication plans, providing training on new processes and system enhancements, and preparing project handover documentation.
· Analyze and resolve complex issues without clear precedence.
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
