Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of payment application in on-line system (Chinese Reading required) in a timely manner to support project execution.
- Work closely with commercial team and finance department to execute payment responses, payment vouchers and claims.
- Maintain an accurate & sound data record of all projects related cost/payments and able to provide related data reports regularly and perform data analysis when required.
- Sourcing, procure and maintain related project filing and documentation.
- Assist in general and miscellaneous items purchase, source suppliers and compare quotations when necessary.
- Provide project administrative support and coordinate with project other teams when required.
- Dealing, handling and resolving of conflicts, feedbacks, complaints pertaining to the contract. perform the duties of Public Relations Officer.
- Participate Monthly PRO meeting or activities required by SO.
- other duties assigned by supervisor/manager.
Job Requirements:
- At least Bachelor/Diploma in administrative or business related.
- At least 1 years' working experience in administrative duties, experience in construction project site is preferrable.
- Proficient in computer and MS Office application especially in excel.
- Good interactive skills.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- 5.5 days Tuas area (JV project)
