Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects
· Place purchase orders with suppliers and monitor delivery schedules
· Maintain accurate records of all purchases and updates to the company's purchasing system
· Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
· Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· Limited experience is acceptable
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
