Job Duties:
- Support preparation of business case and project scope for process improvement initiatives
- Map process flows, analysing and identifying process gaps
- Assist in reviewing user stories/functional specifications to ensure requirements are complete and accurately captured.
- Identify business scenarios, review UAT test plans and test results
- Prepare all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Identify and propose mitigation plan for project risks and issues
- Support post project review to identify lessons learnt and corrective actions
- Monitor and track action items to closure, to ensure project progresses to timeline
- Assist with change management plan (e.g. develop and implement communication plan, provide training on new processes and system enhancements, prepare project handover documentation).
- Analyze and solve problems without clear precedence
- Report project status and assist in ad-hoc reports as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of work experience in operations / customer servicing / process improvement projects, preferably in insurance or banking industry
- Degree in Business Administration/ Information System or equivalent
- Lean six sigma certifications is an advantage
