Responsibilities:
- Maintain monthly bookkeeping, including general accounting data-entry work
- Preparation of schedules for monthly/yearly bookkeeping closing and quarterly GST return (if any)
- Preparation of payment schedules, cheque and bank data for cash disbursement
- Preparation of annual report according to Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (SFRS)
- Preparation of individual income tax, corporate income tax and withholding tax (no experience is acceptable)
- Preparation of XBRL financial statements (no experience is acceptable)
- Assist in other accounting related duties, including monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR8A and etc
- Liaise with external auditor and clients
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or other equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience (experience in audit/outsourcing firm will be an advantage)
- Experience in MYOB/XERO will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Able to work under pressure and deadline
