Job Description:
- Inspect and verify the quantity of received goods as per Purchase/Delivery Orders, Invoices, or other relevant documentation.
- Promptly report any damage or missing items to a superior during inspection.
- Ensure that regulatory documents (e.g., from SFA, Customs) for imported goods are available upon receipt.
- Store received goods in designated areas according to their temperature requirements to maintain cold chain control when necessary.
- Accurately update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System and manual documentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment through regular housekeeping.
- Assist with stock-taking and inventory counts.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by a superior.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Logistic Assistant/Storekeeper; HACCP/ISO/MUIS certification is preferred.
- GCE “N” Level or higher, with basic computer skills.
- Capable of handling heavy parcels/packages and operating heavy equipment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and initiative.
- Available to work 6 days a week on a rotating shift schedule.
- Willing to work overtime as needed, with overtime pay applicable.
Additional Information:
- Productivity incentives are available (non-contractual).
- Position involves working solely within the warehouse; no need to accompany drivers.
- Ability to carry items weighing 20-30 kg.
- Warehouse is air-conditioned or in a cold room (cold suits provided by the company).
- Work schedule: 6 days a week, 44 hours per week, rotating shifts (operation hours from 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM).
