Reports To: Operations Manager
Summary:
The Ice Bath Recovery Studio is a new concept studio to support people with muscle recovery, mental health and overall wellness. We offer ice baths, hot saunas and hot baths in a clean and social environment.
The Ice Master/Customer Success Representative is part of the team responsible for the daily operations of the studio, including answering customer enquiries, assisting in the customer requests and ensuring a clean and safe environment for all the users. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and customer service etiquette. You shall form part of the operations team that is the heartbeat of the social aspect of the business.
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in a customer facing role (can be retail, fitness or health)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of healthy and well being
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work on shift duties spanning weekends and mornings/evenings
Compensation and Benefits:
- $2,800 salary per month and above
- 13th month award on meeting performance standards
- 7 days Annual Leave + 7 days Bonus Annual Leave
