Job Scope :
- Oversee staff and worker training from start to finish, including registration, evaluations, and keeping records.
- Help update training policies, procedures, calendars, and materials.
- Manage training records, budgets, and the HR system.
- Support mentorship, performance reviews, and career development activities.
- Organize HR events, meetings, and engagement activities.
- Review training reports and feedback for improvements.
- Actively assist in HR activities like training, HR systems, and projects.
