We have openings for the role of Ecommerce Operations Executive.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Operations, Order Fulfilment & Customer Service Teams;
- Coordinate Order Processing, Delivery and Returns of Customer Orders;
- Manage Inventory Store & Office Supplies;
- Manage & Update of the Online Store(s);
- Manage Operations, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction;
- Monitor Sales, Promotions, Marketing & Social Media Programmes and Activities Over Digital Platforms;
- Management Reporting & Administrative Support
Requirements:
- Minimum Experience of 1 year;
- Meticulous, organized and with a good eye for details;
- Proficient in MS Excel;
- Good spoken/written English;
- Singaporeans or PRs
