Scrum Master
Responsibility & Requirement
- Participate in Sprint management and reporting including Chapter and Tribe meetings.
- Participate in Sprint and post-Sprint management activities including retrospectives and management Steering Committees.
- Support User Story and Task Grooming activities pursuant to Sprint delivery.
- Detailed knowledge of Agile scrum methodology
- Experience in managing senior client stakeholders in BFSI sector
- Working knowledge of Spring Boot 3.X and Spring Framework 6.X will be added advantage
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience and peopme management experience of managing team size of 10-15 people.
