Job Description:
- Administrative support for Contract management for venues
- Manage and formalised Agreements, Contracts, SLA, etc..
- Liaising with internal counterparties (Legal, Project I/C, Finance, etc..) to review contractual, agreements, terms, tenders for finalised endorsement and formalisation
- Maintain and update proper e-filing and documentation
- Assist in generating reports.
- Attending to meetings, project updates, weekly report.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in qualifications and 5 years of relevant experiences
- Familiar with govt procurement, tender and bids projects.
- Strong in communications and presentation skills will be an added advantage
