QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work Week
- (Mon-Fri), Office Hours (8.30am to 5.30pm)
- Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
Remuneration Package:
- Basic up to S$ 3500
- Variable Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Measurement of quantities, progress claims, quotations and final claims
- General quantity surveying duties such as pre / post contract duties, taking off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties
- Able to understand tender requirements, prepare and submit tenders as per requirements with specific deadline
- Preparing and analysing costing for tenders
- Sourcing of new vendors, compilation of quotation
- Review of price, summarizing subcontractors, materials and evaluation and certification of contractors’ claim
- Quantity take-off and cost estimation sourcing of contractor and supplier
- Assist project team in dealing with contractual matters including extension for time or expenses claims
Requirements:
- Preferably possess at least a Diploma in Architecture, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
- Good knowledge and experience in project tendering & fit outs
- At least 2-4 years of experiences in interior design / renovation / building industry
- Independent & self-motivated
