Responsibilities:
- Manage communication channels and relationships between IT, internal departments, and external IT vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and enforce IT policies for data security, accuracy, and legal compliance, in alignment with industry standards.
- Maintain IT systems, ensuring consistent uptime and providing technical support as needed.
- Perform installations, upgrades, and maintenance for hardware and software systems.
- Manage both Cloud-based and in-house IT infrastructure, focusing on optimal performance and security.
- Oversee telecommunications, network routing, switching, firewalls, storage systems, and server virtualization.
- Ensure proper endpoint protection, system administration, and compliance with business continuity and security policies.
- Conduct daily monitoring of security systems and dashboards to identify and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with supervisors on additional tasks as necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Computer Studies or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in security operations, incident response, or vulnerability management.
- Expertise in network, server, and endpoint security, with knowledge of best practices.
- Technical experience with network switches, servers, VLAN management, and wired/wireless networks.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities in the area of log analysis and malware analysis.
- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to provide weekend support as required.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
