Role Summary

  • Deep dive and map out the as-is CRM landscape along with its various frontend/downstream integrated systems for each market utilizing CRM in SAPMENA zone today.
  • Leveraging the already-implemented SPACE system in North Asia zone, design and build a similar CRM system for SAPMENA markets with the spirit of standardization, simplification, and scalability.
  • Rollout SPACE across all markets and brands currently on CPRV in the zone today, so as to decommission the older CRM system, through the usual software development lifecycle approach.


Main Responsibilities

  • Document as-is functionalities and integration landscape of current CRM system in SAPMENA
  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements of SPACE, defining the functional specification and business requirement of the to-be model.
  1. Internal Stakeholders consist of overall SPACE Program Manager, Technical Architects, Product Owners, Integration Managers, Business Analysts, Business stakeholders etc. both at local and Zone/Regional level.
  2. External stakeholders consist of technical vendors who build or maintain the products within SPACE or to be integrated with SPACE.
  • Work with solutions architect to translate functional specification and business requirements into user stories in the product backlog, ensuring there are clearly defined acceptance criteria signed off by business stakeholders.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Information Technology or relevant fields.
  • At least 4 -7 years of experience in digital transformation projects, having held roles such as BA or PM.
  • Has experience with projects involving system implementation, multiple systems' integration, and complex data migration.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, mapping out as-is model and defining target operating models.
  • Has experience leading the entire or a specific phase of the SDLC, preferably the Discovery (planning / analysis), Design, Development phase of SDLC.
  • Experience managing and driving discussions with both Business & IT stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to understand requirements/ issues and bring relevant stakeholders into discussions to drive solution.

Good to Have

  • ITIL certification and ServiceNow experience
  • Proven project management experience (PMI methodologies) with PMP qualification.
  • Knowledge of client business and IT processes.
