Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in the administration of venue contract management
- Handle the management and formalization of contracts, agreements, SLAs, and more.
- Liaise closely with internal stakeholders to review terms and conditions
- Ensure proper maintenance and updating of e-filing systems and documentation.
- Generate reports
- Attend weekly meetings
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree
- Possess 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in handling government procurement, tender and bids project
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
