Job Description
- Manage and oversee the benefits enrolment process across all offices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with the company's global benefits strategy.
- Provide support for global integration initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of compensation and benefits programs across newly acquired or merged entities.
- Work closely with regional HR teams to align benefits offerings across all offices globally, ensuring consistency and competitiveness in the market.
- Conduct salary benchmarking exercises to ensure the company remains competitive within the market. Provide insights and recommendations based on the benchmarking data.
- Identify and address pay compression issues to ensure equitable compensation practices within the organization.
- Maintain a strong understanding of compensation and benefits trends and regulatory changes across a few countries, ensuring all C&B practices comply with local laws and regulations.
- Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of current compensation and benefits programs, making recommendations for enhancements or adjustments as necessary.
- Review annual compensation and benefits projects and initiatives, such as salary reviews, bonus matrix, promotion exercises, insurance renewals, staff welfare, and benefits.
- Assess and enhance the effectiveness of the performance management framework to engage, develop, and retain employees.
- Support global compensation and benefits practices, such as global mobility, tax equalization calculations, job leveling, benchmarking, etc.
- Participate in market surveys, market benchmarking, design and review salary structures, and analyse data to improve internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Participate in and lead projects related to compensation and benefits, such as policy revisions and global mobility initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Has 5 years of relevant experience in a compensation and benefits role, with a focus on regional or global responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices across multiple countries, especially within the region.
- Strong business acumens with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and with the ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP Successfactors.
