Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Freelance KOL Headhunter to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the influencer and KOL community and a keen understanding of various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and recruit top KOLs who align with our clients’ needs and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- KOL Identification:
- Research and identify potential KOLs across various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
- Analyze KOL profiles to ensure they align with client requirements, including follower demographics, engagement rates, content quality, and brand compatibility.
- Outreach and Recruitment:
- Contact potential KOLs and build relationships with them to understand their goals, preferences, and availability for collaboration.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of partnering with our agency and the benefits of working with our clients.
- Negotiation and Contracting:
- Negotiate terms of collaboration, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Facilitate the signing of contracts and agreements between KOLs and the agency.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, negotiations, and signed contracts.
- Provide regular updates to the agency on progress and results.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strongly motivated by KPIs and target driven.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role, offering a range for each successfully recruited KOL who enters into a partnership with our agency.
Ranging from $100 - $400, could potentially be more depending on KPIs.
