• Overall in charge and coordinate with warehouse leader for proper planning of operations
• Manage Inbound/Outbound activities of warehousing operations to complete daily task in time
• Communication with internal & external for operational arrangement
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to solve the issues of Inbound & outbound
• Ensure accurate data entry in time to support reports like inventory, movement, cycle count & store take
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly report & plan for management
• Other duties assigned as & when required
Qualification, Experience & Skills :
• Minimum “O” level with Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service or Logistics Admin
• Knowledge in WMS system and proficient in Microsoft Excel with formula creation
• Able to work independently in fast-paced environment
• Self-driven, initiative and ability to work meticulously
Other info. :
- 5.5-day with alternate Saturday, Mondays to Fridays at 8.30am to 5.45pm. Alternate Saturday at 8.30am to 11.30am work from home to support operations.
- Working location : Tg Penjuru
- Will relocate to Gul Way from 4th quarter 2024 or 1st quarter 2025
