Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
- Engage prospects in friendly & persuasive conversation.
- Provide excellent service and support to our clients and answer to their questions in a clear and informative manner.
- Qualifying leads and passing them on to the sales team for further conversion.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database with relevant information.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven, confident and resulted oriented.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Inexperienced individual are welcome to apply.
- Flexible working schedule.
- Min 3 days/week and min 4 hours/day
- Required to be in office.
- Experienced in Telemarketing/Telesales preferred.
Salary:
- From $2,000 - $8000 (Varies based on experience & Achieved Monthly Targets)
- Competitive Basic Hourly Rate + Monthly Target + Profit Sharing Structure + Quarterly Commission
