- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general handyman duties.
- Install and repair electrical fixtures, outlets, and switches.
- Handle plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and repairing faucets.
- Repair or replace damaged doors, windows, and locks.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment.
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, and ensure they are in good working condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from employees and address issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of company events and meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
