The Executive (4 month Maternity Cover) is part of Defence Collective Singapore (DCS’s) School Programmes department. The incumbent will be supporting the team responsible for planning, conceptualising and developing MOE curriculum-based programme, content and educational resources for key National Education (NE) programmes and events, designed to engage school audience groups across all DCS entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative requirements for programme bookings, including liaising with other departments
- Prepare logistics for programmes / events
- Coordinate manpower for programmes / events
- Support conduct of programmes / events (e.g. assisting Main Facilitator, taking role of station master, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
