Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on business requirements and Workday configuration.
- Perform data validation, integration testing, and system performance testing.
- Partner with HR shared services and relevant stakeholders, project team and Workday consultants to understand specific requirements and processes.
- Document test results, including any issues or defects found during testing.
- Create test reports and provide recommendations and improvements.
- Assist in developing training materials and user guides for end-users.
- Provide support to users during the UAT phase and help resolve any arising issues.
- Identify and suggest enhancements to testing processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on Workday updates and new features to ensure comprehensive testing.
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in UAT testing with Workday.
- Certification in Workday modules (HCM) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting HR business requirements.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and multitasking capabilities.
