Our client, a charitable organisation providing services to the elderly located at the South West-Central region, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can work with health-related and allied health professionals to implement HR strategies and drive efficiencies in human capital management for the organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations
- Parter with the line functions, advise on HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance and adherence to funding and reporting requirements
- Lead in HR projects and events as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- HR generalist with more than 10 years' experience in HR operations, with at least 3-5 years experience in people management role
- Work experience in compensation and benefits management
- Experience in HRMS
- Analytical and number-savvy
- Experience in healthcare or social service sector will be an added advantage
