Architectural Coordinator /Up to $3000 + VB (Interior Design & Renovation Field)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for Contract/Procurement management.
2. Assist the Project Manager to coordinate design detailing between designer & client.
3. Communicate with the team to ensure they have all of the documents and information they may need.
4. Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects.
5. To report to Project Manager the status of procurement, delivery and site progress.
6. Coordinate all construction drawings, submit and update Project Manager the status of shop drawings from designer, and materials procurement as site progresses.
7. To assist Project Manager & Designer to monitor the project execution to completion and meets the quality standard.
8. Compilations and handing-over of Architectural documentations including As-built drawing submissions.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Able to communicate effectively with all level of people
2. Responsible for planning and supervision of all operational activities.
3. Good knowledge and experience in tendering commercial/industrial/retail interior fitting out projects.
4. Mature with initiative to work independently
5. Must know how to read Architectural drawing (Must have Requirement)
6. Min 3 to 5 years relevant experience
OTHER INFORMATION:
· Location: Kaki Bukit
· Working Days/Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 830am to 530pm, Sat: 830am to 1230pm)
