Job Summary:
Assist in delivering Business Transformation projects and process improvements across our company’s manufacturing operations, aligning with the group business transformation strategy to see projects through from concept to completion and ongoing maintenance and development.
Responsibilities:
- PROJECT DELIVERY: Manage day to day Business Transformation Project activities to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- TEAM & PARTNER MANAGEMENT: Support the local project team and coordinate with UK headquarters and external partners and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- DOCUMENTATION & COMPLIANCE: Assist in producing high-quality user documentation and training material during system development and implementation. Create and develop reports for Steering Group meetings
- TARGET ACHIEVEMENT: Consistently meet agreed targets and project milestones, ensuring successful implementation and support of Business Transformation projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ERP Project Management and implementation, preferably D365 F&O, with at least 1 end to end implementation.
- Minimum of 3-4 years in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record in managing transformation projects and systems implementation.
- Degree in Computer Science/Project Management/Business Administration
- Thorough understanding of project management software, techniques, and methodologies.
- Knowledge and understanding of change management principles.
- Experience managing multiple transformation projects in a diverse range of business functions/departments.
- Excellent IT skills, experience in Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence tools an advantage.
- Strong leadership abilities – can influence and engage with users at all levels of the business.
