• Experience: Proven experience in deploying and configuring modern workplace technologies, with a focus on hardware, software, end user device provisioning, user profile management, policy baseline and implementation, and networking.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of technology deployment processes, hardware installation, software configuration, and network setup. Familiarity with modern workplace solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, Intune, Windows Autopilot) is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
• Deployment Plan Management: Experience in project deployment planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality support and training to end-users.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are advantageous. Preferred Skills:
