1) Mosque Annual Action Plan - 20%
- Assist in planning, budgeting, implementation and reviewing of Annual Action Plan for Quranic Learning department as a whole
- Assist in the administration of programs and support to prepare reports for the Board on progress of Quranic Learning department programs and activities
2) Administration Matters - 80%
- Admin support for Quranic Learning Unit
- Participant's registration: collate online & hardcopy registrations, prepare students & attendance sheet, update registration on Qirom system
- Contact participants: for confirmation of registration, class reminders, postponement, arrears, feedbacks, updates and others
- Feedback forms: prepare, print and collate feedback forms on excel sheet
- Collate participant's data: to assist and generate yearly report analysis
- Ensure availability of program's venue / slot (ge: auditorium / training room)
Requirements
- Islamic Diploma Holder or relevant (preferred)
- Asatizah Recognition Scheme (ARS) Tier 2 (preferred)
- Working experience of at least 1 year as Admin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Able to multi-task
- Individual with determination, excellence interpersonal skills, perseverance and a passion for challenges
- Able to work during weeknights, weekends and Public Holidays when required
