Job Description:
- Main contact point for customers.
- need to liaise with warehouse and suppliers related to their account they handled
- handling of inbound and outbound of the customer shipment, includes discrepancies
- handles emails, and phone calling.
- arrange local transportation, Courier booking or export booking if any
- Generating of report
- inventory management and Stock take
- Month end Billing
- any other ad hoc request from superior
- backup buddy system
- working hours - Mon to Friday 8.15am to 5.30pm
- OT Required (if requested)
