Position: Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager
Salary: SGD 5000 - SGD 7500

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, kitchen efficiency, and inventory control.
- Lead and train a multicultural team, ensuring that both kitchen staff and front-of-house employees maintain high standards.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract both local and international customers.
- Oversee food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Liaise directly with overseas suppliers to ensure the authenticity of imported ingredients.
- Develop and implement new strategies to expand the restaurant's footprint in international markets, particularly in China, Thailand, Indonesia & Malaysia.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing operations for Chinese cuisine restaurants, with a focus on Hunan or Sichuan cuisine.
- Proven track record in managing overseas restaurant operations, particularly in China, Thailand, Indonesia & Malaysia, is essential.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with suppliers and the brand's headquarters based in China, ensuring accurate execution of business operations.
- Strong understanding of Chinese culture, dining habits, and customer service expectations.
- Familiarity with Chinese food suppliers and the ability to source authentic ingredients is a key requirement.
- Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies targeted at Chinese clientele, especially within the F&B sector.
- Proven educational background in Marketing or Mass Communication is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support business objectives and represent the company's interests.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
