Responsibilities:
- Insight and planning: Gain insights into local laws and regulations, security standards and certification requirement, output insight reports. Develop the corporate cyber security framework and plan, drive business departments to implement it.
- Process development and optimization: Build the company's cyber security management system, develop corporate cyber security business regulations and processes, supervise and organize efforts to implement them.
- Security compliance and risk control: Based on the company's business development strategy, proactively identify risks base on risk management methodologies, develop the corporate cyber security risk map, promote the implementation of compliance and risk control solutions, establish a crisis prevention mechanism and properly handle crises.
- Communication and trust building: Proactively identify external stakeholders, work with business departments to establish routine communication with local cyber security and privacy protection regulators and industry and standards organizations, and build a trust mechanism for cyber security and privacy protection.

- Organization and capability development: Build the company's security organization and talent team, improve capabilities, manage regional rep offices/countries and team members, provide business guidance and enablement, build a professional cyber security team. Improve cyber security awareness of all employees.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor degree in communication engineering/telecommunication/computer science/statistic or other related majors.
- Expert knowledge and experience of Cyber Security laws & regulations within the APAC region.
- Strong communication and influencing techniques with ability to initiate transformation, collaboration and influence stakeholders within the business.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience within the cyber security and risk management field of work.
- Possess professional security management certifications or similar cyber-security related certification.
- Good technical understanding in areas of Platform Security, Data Security, Cloud Security, Infrastructure Security, Network Security, Physical Security, Security Assessment Tools, Security Monitoring Tools.
- Experience in building and managing a Cybersecurity risk function and develop corporate cyber security business regulations and processes.
