About the role
Project management / Warehouse management System
• Lead and drive project implementation and solutions of Warehouse Management System, ensuring that project objectives are accomplished and in line with business objectives
• Adhere to governance and standardization established for project implementation methods, processes, and tools usage across all projects
• Prepare project communications including project steering committee meetings and status reports.
• Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans
• Participate functional and interface design workshop
o Prepare WMS Functional Flow
o Prepare Configuration Sheet
o Prepare interface specification with mappings
o Prepare specification for reports
• Perform configuration in WMS
• Conduct key user training
• Managing of onshore/offshore integration development team and perform integration testing
• Support user in preparing test scenarios and user acceptance test
• Perform data migration for existing customer migrating to WMS
• Provides support for Go-live and hypercare on production issues
The successful candidate
• Diploma holders and above or with relevant qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural MNC environment, implementing and supporting Warehouse Management System
• Having Manhattan WMOS application knowledge and experience will be added advantage
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good inter-personal skills, able to communicate precisely and effectively
• Highly initiative, motivated, self-driven and result-oriented
• Able to work well in a team as well as independently
• Meticulous, analytical and able to multi-task in a fast moving environment
