You will be working on Treasury/ALM applications and taking care of new project initiatives, maintenance/enhancement of existing information system. You will be closely associated with business analysis and existing development team to forecast/plan new upcoming initiatives, look at continuous improvement and present fresh/creative outlook to the applicative operations.
You will also be instrumental in exploiting the modern CI/CD techniques using in-market DevOps tools. Maintaining strong coding standards and modularity. Align yourself with bank’s initiatives and strategies.
Main responsibilities
- Implementation, development and customization of Kondor+ trading platform
- Implementation of interfaces from and to K+ and upstream / downstream applications
- Front-to-back integration
- Elaborates technical documentations and software deliverables
- Unit testing, integration testing and performance testing
- Automation of tests
- Contributes to technical support escalated to the team
- Contributes to Level 3 support for functional production issues (application level). Analyses and solves functional problems
- Analysis and optimization of code, architecture and processes
- Looks for innovative solutions /components (technical watch)
- Participates in technical discussions and proposes solutions based on industry best practices
- Contributes to maintain a high standard of delivery quality
- Strong team player with a knack to help and mentor the junior staff
- Flexible to support the applications on L3 in case of business urgencies and crisis.
Qualifications and Profile
Technical
- Coding expertise in Java/J2EE – Backend (Collections/Multi-threading/Functions/Annotations) - WEB(HTML, JSP, JSCRIPT, JQUERY, CSS)
- Expertise in Spring Core and other modules, Hibernate, JPA
- Expertise in Sybase, Oracle, PostgreSQL and other SQL databases
- Expert in Version Control, SVN, GIT
- Expertise in CI/CD/DevOps – GitLab, Jenkins, MasterDeploy etc.
- Good in Unix/Shell Scripting
- Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus
- Maven/Gradle
- Knowledge of Control M / CFT
Functional
- Good to have knowledge on Kondor+ package
- Good to have hands on experience of FX, Treasury domain
- Good to have knowledge of Interest Rate Derivatives
- Good to have knowledge on Mirroring, payoff, pricing, contribution
