We’re seeking an experienced Offshore Fleet Operations Manager to spearhead our offshore support vessels and drive excellence across our fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations of our offshore support vessels, ensuring top-tier performance and strict adherence to schedules.
- Guarantee compliance with both international and local maritime regulations and standards.
- Develop and enforce comprehensive safety measures, including regular drills and audits.
- Collaborate with technical teams to schedule and execute vessel maintenance and repairs efficiently.
- Create and manage the operational budget, focusing on cost-efficiency while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Inspire and lead a diverse team of seafarers and shore-based professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring all expectations and requirements are consistently met.
- Compile and present regular reports on fleet performance, safety metrics, and compliance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in offshore fleet operations management.
- Ideally hold a Class 1 Certificate of Competency (CoC) Master Mariner or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a variety of stakeholders.
