Administrator for a Preschool Centre.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support to the group
- Handling of queries and conducting centre visits to potential prospective leads
- Input data on ECDA website (E.g. register for Teacher’s LON)
- Put up claims or expenses for the centre
- Prepare financial and centre reports (E.g. petty cash, daily collections and centre enrolment report, etc)
- Liaise with parents
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in any administrative role, preferably in Preschool Environment
- Proficient with MS Office and comfortable to learn new systems and technologies
- Able to multitask and work within the deadline
- Good interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable liaising with parents through various communication platforms
- Able to work independently
- A good team player
