IT Site Manager
Responsibility
- To assist the Ops Manager in delivery of the assigned Infrastructure Mgmt services.
- Handle business escalation calls
- Interacting with ops on day to day technology requirements
- Review Daily activity reports, Infra avl reports, backups & antivirus/SCM reports
- Involve in projects on servers, network, security
- Introduce site-specific initiatives to improve service delivery, c-sat.
- Review adherence on process based documentation / SOP.
- Active participation on project ramp-up / transitions / BCP / Audits
- Ability to drive people to ensure that project deliverables are met and project time is maintained
- Establish and enhance relationship with customers/clients
- People management skills, experience in resolving team conflicts and team management
- Experience in compliance reviews, audit reviews, driving organisation intiatives
- Provide technical assistance to other team members by way of assisting them in solving challenging technical problems, sharing technical knowledge and adhering to quality processes in ensuring team objectives are met.
Requirement
- Qualifications: BE / Btech / Equivalent
- 7 years experience of IT Site management experience and min 1-2yr experience in Intune, Azure Cloud, Zscaler, Cortex and Other latest industry standard tools
- ITIL V3 / ISO / Prince2 / MPM certification would be added advantage.
- Technical & Professional Competencies: Understanding of technology (hardware & software) and specific domain expertise
- Knowledge of sales process & the business nuances
- Behavioral & Managerial Competencies
- High self drive and confidence
- Willingness to learn and work in teams
- Effective communication and inter personal skills
- Strong project management skills including successful management
- Willingness to work on 24x7 operations and odd hours.
