Due to the expansion of our company, we now have the opening for the position of a General Manager for Business Development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential target customers.
- Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate new leads and increase sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements that meet both client and company needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of business development strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics and report on business development progress and goals.
- Networking: Attend industry events and networking activities to build business relationships and expand the company’s market presence.
- Budget Management: Manage the business development budget to ensure the effective use of resources.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies to drive business growth.
