Job Description:
- Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations.
- Responsible for implementing the work plan and attending project meetings.
- Ensure proper coordination on-site between company and client.
- Identify and comply with all applicable statutory/ regulatory requirements related to project.
- Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
- Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.
- Plan and Manage Team Goals, Project Schedules, and new information.
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials complied with the client's requirements.
- Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and email.
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 5-10 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferrable 5-10 years of project management experience in the high rise projects and mixed development in building projects
- Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): leadership, technical, planning, coordination, multi-task.
- Required Language: English and Chinese
