Responsibilities
- Verify and receive goods in accordance with the specified quantities on Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoices, or any other relevant documents.
- Immediately report any discrepancies such as damages or shortages to your supervisor during the inspection process.
- Ensure that regulatory documents for imported goods are properly submitted before accepting the shipment.
- Promptly store received goods in designated areas, ensuring appropriate temperature conditions are met to maintain cold chain integrity when applicable.
- Accurately update stock information in the Warehouse Management System as well as in any required manual records.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment through regular housekeeping.
- Take part in stock-take activities and periodic inventory counts.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Logistics Assistant or Storekeeper
- GCE "N" Level or higher, with basic computer literacy.
- Physically capable of handling heavy parcels
- Team-oriented, proactive, and positive in attitude.
- Willing to work on a rotating 6-day shift schedule.
- Open to working overtime as needed (overtime pay applies).
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
